General practitioners
Thanks to our close collaboration with local GP practices, we can refer you to a GP in the event of urgent or serious health issues. If you do not have a GP or if your GP is unavailable, we can quickly and easily book an appointment for you with a Medgate doctor. The consultation takes place by telephone or video call.

Dermatologists
For skin problems that we cannot fully assess or treat at the pharmacy, we can arrange a medical consultation with a dermatologist in your area. We will discuss your symptoms with the dermatologist and inform you quickly and easily about the recommended treatment.

Costs
The referral from the pharmacy is free of charge in both cases. You will be billed directly for the cost of the medical consultation. You will receive a claim form which you can submit to your health insurance provider for reimbursement.
